THE EARLY 1900s LITTLE GERMAN STYLE SHOP
As 2015 year is almost at an end, it is most definitely time for us to
turn our attention to next year's workshops. At the moment we are just putting
the finishing touches to the 1/12th scale project and as promised we have some more photos for you...
We have endeavoured to create a discretely aged faded elegant look to this
project but it will be entirely up to you how you embellish and decorate. If
you have been following us for a while, you will know that normally we don't do
'pretty'...so this is quite a departure from anything we have made before. You
can make this into any kind of shop that you wish and decorate accordingly.
This is still "a work in progress" project, although I think
we can say that it is a "now nearly finished" project...just the
lovely old hanging lamp, deliciously oversized scales in true early 1900s
German style plus maybe one or two little boxes, etc to make! Then we have to
make it all over again, in 1/24th scale!
2016 RESERVE LIST
So...if
you would like to be placed on the Reserve List for this next workshop, simply
get in touch with either of us by email. CLICK HERE FOR OUR CONTACT DETAILS. Everyone on the reserve list will be
offered a priority place as soon as booking opens at the beginning of January.
We are aiming for a Saturday in May/June in the first instance and any
subsequent sessions will be later in the year. Immediately the dates have been
confirmed with the Bicester venue in January, we will email everyone on
the Reserve List with their priority invitation.
As
mentioned before, if everyone already on the reserve list takes up their
invitation, we will definitely be having at least two separate
sessions. Places will be limited and the cost has yet to be worked out but we
anticipate it to be approx. in the region of the 2015 project price. More
concise information, including dimensions, exact specifications and price will
appear next week on a special promotional page within our workshop website:
SO WATCH THIS SPACE FOLKS!
